"Very good Pharmacy, switched from Morrisons Carmondean to use this shop because Morrisons are a total disgrace of a service. Only issue with Ladywell is my disabled Mother is 83 and on the list to have her prescriptions delivered but they never do deliver them and I have to go and collect them every time. Which means I have to race from my job to collect before they close at 6pm."
"I have been using this pharmacy for years they are awful, I get a repeat prescription every 8 weeks and it's either not come back from the health centre or its a mistake again. I was actually told today to try another pharmacy omg certainly do not take any pride or responsibility for the patients they are dealing with, utterly gobsmacked they should lose any funding that they get from the government disgusting"
"We travel out from Murieston for this pharmacy because they are by far the fastest, friendliest and competent pharmacy we've ever been to. We've never had to wait longer than 6 hours here, and that's including products that weren't in stock. Most items in stocks take a maximum of 10 minutes. It's raised so many questions about our local pharmacy who are so quick to say "This hasn't been completed yet" despite handing in our prescriptions 3-5 days earlier."
