"Contacted this opticians on 21/08/2022 and spoke to a member of staff who had recently just started which was really polite and tried to help as much as he could when I asked to order some contact lenses, was advised they were very short staffed but they would be ordered and I could collect some trials until the other ones arrived and I asked if I could be sent a text of confirmation which I was advised that would be done. However no text so I went along the next day to the store which was closed due to staffing issues so then called the day after to be greeted by a very rude optician which clearly wasn't interested by the sounds of it, he told me he wasn't sure if they were ordered, when I asked about the trial lenses I was told he would have a look but the family member that the lenses are for had glasses anyway and they would contact me when they find out if they have then today or tomorrow after telling me they are short staffed again and hung up the phone. I completely understand people are short staffed but people need there contacts to go to work and see on a daily basis so just to be treated like that because they are short staffed is unacceptable and there customer service skills are absolutely shocking. Very disappointed vision express."
"Optician was fabulous. Store staff not so much. The young boy spent most of his time eating crisps and confectionery on the shop floor. Not a professional look at all. He did not possess very good customer skills but as I said he is young so hopefully with the right training this will improve."
