"Fantastic - I went to see Peter at Gracemount after my hip flexor became very angry. Walked in unsure if I'd have to cancel races because it has become sore even to walk and climb stairs, and walked out pain-free after rehab and with a series of physio exercises to do at home, with running back on the cards. Peter couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable, and the whole experience was really organised and easy to book. Highly recommended!"

"I'm a professional climber based in Edinburgh and have used Phil Mack (at the Physiotherapy Clinics) as my Physio for well over a decade! Phil has an untold wealth of experience in sport related injuries - he understands so well the physical demands that sport puts on the body, and has never failed to diagnose, treat and provide a rehab plan for any number of the niggles and more severe injuries I have had throughout my career. It's got to the point now that I call Phil at the first sight of anything abnormal (pain or slight niggle) - Phil will diagnose quickly and catch these little niggles before they turn into something more! But stepping away from Sport, my mum suffered for 3 years with incredible pain in her lower back and hips which left her unable to walk. When GP's and doctors were unable to diagnose the real issue after 3 years and ridiculous waiting times for treatment, I took her to see Phil. Within 2 sessions, Phil was aware that something was seriously wrong, and asked the right questions which ultimately lead to him suspecting the cartilage in her hips was gone... He was abashed when we told her the doctor had never suggested an MRI on the hips, and swiftly we organised one. Turned out Phil's thoughts were correct... If doctors had done this 3 years before we'd have been able to get a hip replacement and my mum wouldn't have suffered. Fast forward a year and two hip replacements, my mum's life was transformed and she was able to walk freely and do the things she loves, such as walking the dogs :) Bit of a long review there, but I hope this encourages folk to use the amazing services Phil Mack and The Physiotherapy Clinics offer - I feel very lucky to have them on my doorstep!"
