"clinical staff are nice from the one one consultation I had here, my complaint is about getting information after the first visit, as I've been scheduled for another procedure. I've been trying to get a hold of ANYONE for days to try change the date of a follow up procedure to no avail. Reception cannot help and only redirects the call to extensions where no one answers. Someone did try phone back the day before the procedure: I didn't get the chance to pick up and they did not leave a message, no idea what that'll be about till I show up I imagine (as I phoned back but no one answered). Really appalling, I'd expect way more from a private hospital."
