"Countryside kitchens are definitely not worth the money. I paid £25,000 for my kitchen from Jerry Ponder and within a week things started to go wrong. The doors did not close properly and there was a mis match of colours. Only after I had paid did Jerry Ponder bother to tell me that he could not guarantee that all the doors would be the same shade. It's a complete mess and Jerry Ponder has washed his hands of us and won't even return my calls. I wish that I had never used this company."
