"Sales person was too pushy, even when told we was just in to look. He even followed us around the whole showroom. It was very off putting. Probably wouldn’t buy from this location due to this reason. And I’m being nice with the 2 stars."

"Don’t buy from them if you need to hold your order. Awful Customer service. No direct phone number to the store where I purchased my sofa. Not happy at all with their service. When I placed the order, the manager of straiton store, told us that they will keep our order as long as we need in their warehouse till our house renovation is done. Now the warehouse team chasing us to book a delivery asap because they can’t keep it as no space. I told them that the manager assured us that they can store it. they said then I have to talk to the manager. there is no direct phone contact to the store. they have emailed the store and someone will contact me. its been a week no one has contact me. The team who arrange the delivery are very rude people. I felt I was doing some sort of crime the way they were talking to me. I had to reschedule the delivery as the builders are still working in our house. They said next time they will charge a fee if I have to reschedule again. Terrible experience. Really awful customer service."

"Ridiculous company. After 4 months, my table and chair set shows up. Paid for fitting and was left the items at front door. There were 2 delivery guys, they were supposed to at least take it to the room. Even after paying for fitting, we never got it done as “they were too busy”. They have literally dumped the stuff at the door and couldn’t careless about the rest. Customer care lady was absolutely useless, was trying to blackmail us with £160 so that they didn’t need to do the fitting. Will be letting lots of people know not to stand a foot inside this shop!! Worst service ever experienced. Why do I even need to give them a star?"

"It's the worse experience of my life. I went to buy a corner sofa on the 17th of September. As many people don't know, it's is very important to know the length of your door’s frame, not only the space you want to put the furniture. I found the perfect corner sofa, and I paid in total in two payments. The problem arose with the delivery because the central pieced didn't go through my door so it couldn't be delivered. When I was making my second payment, I told my concerns to the staff in the shop, and they said to me that they would not be a problem, but anyway she said to me that the salesman who made the sale would contact me. But nobody calls me. During the delivery, I tried to contact the shop to see what solution I could have, but the calls were centralised, and it was impossible to speak directly with the shop. The solution offered was if I agreed, they could contact another company to try to get it into my house. Still, there is no warranty that they will make the request, obviously, with additional costs I have to pay, which I refuse. Yesterday, 30th November, I went to the shop to get information about my solutions at 10.30 am, and they told me if I didn't know a company that could do the service, which I said I didn't know. The salesman asked me if I wanted to look for something else, but it will have an additional cost, which I refused. The salesman couldn't help me much as the manager wasn't at the shop, then he told me that he would call me with the possible solutions, which he didn't do. Now, I'm in my house without a sofa because I had to bin the old one and with £2,264. I had never thought I would have a problem with the purchase, so I didn't read the terms and conditions that said, if I cancel the contract, they will charge me 25% of my purchase in the concept of the administration cost and delivery, more or less £600. I don't understand why the delivery cost is, is only £69, and how much does the administration cost? I only want to share my experience with people not to experience the same, as the shop only cares for the sales, not for the customer needs and circumstances. I'm writing this review, and I'm still without a corner sofa or refund."
