"After alot of research and obtaining quotes for my new kitchen I easily decided to go with Pentland Kitchen to undertake the work. It was the right quote in comparison to other Companies but more importantly was the level of service I could tell I would receive from the offset. I'm sure they would agree I was quite a 'low maintenance customer' as I pretty much knew what I was after! Despite this they still worked with me and showed me options around my ideas to make sure I was happy with the finished design and product. Nothing was ever too much trouble and their smooth operational handling of the process from start to finish was exceptional. We had a couple of glitches along the way of which Michael resolved quickly and efficiently. "Very pleased with the kitchen Pentland designed and supplied for our builders to fit. With just an initial concept in mind we went and discussed the layout and components with Michael who was very helpful refining the design and suggesting storage solutions, appliances, colour schemes and worktop choices. Even though they weren't doing the work, during the installation he sourced an alternative hob when the manufacturer failed to supply the one ordered several months previously - driving to the supplier to pick it up for us - and chased up a component missing from the sink tap. "Very happy with the kitchen that Pentland Kitchens fitted for us. They supplied and fitted all the kitchen units, worktops, sink, ovens, hob and cooker hood, they upgraded our electrical consumer unit, fitted new flooring and re-positioned a radiator. All we had to do once they were finished was paint. Been living with it for a couple of months now and really appreciate the well thought out layout and the quality of the units. During the installation they were excellent at keeping us up to date with what was happening and we were very pleased all the tradespeople."
