"Very very disappointed with their on line service. Our order was delayed by one week - with no help whatsoever from web advisers. When we eventually received the order - with no communication that it had arrived - it was missing a part. We had to return the parcel for a refund. Throughout the process we were given mis information or phone disconnected when trying to get answers. However the staff at currys shop in kirkcaldy were helpful but were unable to offer a replacement so we accepted the refund and we have purchased elsewhere."
