"Great experience at Peloton Bluewater. Joshua has been amazing since day one. We originally visited the store to compare the bike and bike+. Joshua took the time to take us through the pro's and con's of both - not trying to sell the most expensive option, but what might be best for us. A few months later we were ready to order and Joshua helped process and track throughout. We unfortunately had to reject the first delivery due to a missing part, however Joshua was there every step to do what he could to get the bike redelivered quickly. My only recommendation to Peloton is to add an alternatively delivery service that can deliver outside of working hours/at the weekends."

When you don’t only go into a store to purchase but also to just have a chat…that’s proof of amazing customer service. I bought my tread from these guys and Lucy was a ray of sunshine, upbeat and answered all the silly questions we had. Her positive and genuine energy has us visiting the store every time we are shopping in Bluewater just for a chat. I recently visited the store as well for my bike fit and Nicole was a breath of fresh air….after a few uncomfortable rides I’m now super comfortable with the fit, hitting them PRs regularly - she was so helpful, courteous and service with a big smile! We've been struggling to get our hands on one because we didn't have the space for it but we explained this to Nicola over in the Bluewater store, and she's been so amazing, she remembers everything we've been going through since wedding plans, honeymoon and our big house move.
