"Worst customer service. They refused to exchange or refund the money for a pair of Nike air max 270 after its ripped on the side and got a hole on the nose. The manager said its general wear and tear after 5 months. As soon as I started a claim with Nike they sent a gift card for the price of the shoe with no questions asked. Footlocker is not trustworthy and not professional when it comes to handling enquiries."

"Staff are friendly however gave me the wrong size trainers twice. The first time the person serving me asked for my size and i clearly said size 5 she went and bought out a size 6 and was adamant that i said size 6. She then went back and i had assumed shed heard me correctly and got me back a size 3. As i had thought she woulda got the right size after repeating it a few time i paid and left the store only to see i had been given size 3 kids size. Staff need to be trained on their listening skills. I was not happy to be coming home with the wrong size."
