"Click&Collect, is ment to be quick and easily accessible. Today went to collect some jeans ordered online. Went in store, to type my ref number in the iPad, to find 18 other people awaiting their parcels. People who were at the till point, giving their ref numbers and a member of staff was going pass everyone else and getting there parcels straight away. 20 minute wait, I got my parcel, before some people who had been there longer. Ridiculous set up, sort out some staff planning!"
