"Avoid, unbelievable how rude member of staff was with dark hair. Walked in wrong way told to go back out and walk in right way. Understandable. Then walked in correct way was putting mask on and she shouted put mask on before you come in shop, in very rude way and noticed she rolled her eyes. Unbelievable how rude and uncomfortable this was. Then this just takes the biscuits when purchasing product stared at me and rolled her eyes again. Can't believe how rude this lady was being. Told her how rude she was being didnt want to know. Will never go in this shop again. Lakeside only. Need to put staff on customer care course. In how to be polite and not make customers feel uncomfortable."
