"Unfortunately the way how the staff is speaking, especially the security gay, I had a bed experience with this staff members. I get in, with a hoodie ( I did not know about their policies, because it is does not show any where at the entrance) when he asked me to remove the the hoodie, absolutely not polite and with very inadequate body language, I have answered that I cannot because of my health problem, HE told me “than get out”. I try to explain and even to show them my medical documents that I have be aware from air conditioner, then I thought way I have to do it? Hope no one will know how is to have health problem and to be treated in this way."
