"Terrible Customer service seems to be the going theme for VPZ employee’s on all levels. Cheap products which break before warranty period ends and will not honour their warranty. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere, plenty small businesses that could do with the business than this mob. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!"
"Placed a decent sized order a couple weeks back, it never arrived despite Royal Mail claiming as such. I reached out knowing it'd be a tough one given the tracking stating it had been delivered but me disputing that and, whilst there was some confusion initially, I spoke to a lovely customer support agent (called Shelly/Shelley I believe) who couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did she listen to my explanation of everything (as again, it's a weird + complex issue that's tough to prove), she went above and beyond to make sure a replacement order was dispatched to me alongside an extremely kind 'make good' on the initial hold up. Been a long time VPZ customer (way back when they were Vaporised and only had a handful of stores around) but hadn't ordered in a while so this really goes to show how much they still care despite the growth. Big shoutout to Shelly/Shelley, an amazing representation for the company!"
