"What excellent products and customer service. I ordered another bag to replace the one I have had from 2015 and use most days. The offer through overboard was for a free waterproof phone case with a purchase of a bag. I arranged to collect from the company direct and upon collection the waterproof phone case on offer was a small and would not fit my phone. I offered to pay the diffrence for the larger case and was given a straight swap, even though this was more expensive. Excellent customer services and so hard-wearing and practical products. Thanks to Joel and the team."
"I purchased my Overboard bag for a holiday to the Caribbean where I knew I will be doing water sports so wanted a bag that would keep my belongings dry. While the bag itself seems well made should keep my to dry on first use one of the plastic clips that holds the top sealed snapped. Once I return from my holiday I got in touch with overboard customer services/support to get a replacement bag or repair and the only thing that was offered to me was a replacement clip that I would then have to take to a Taylor and get them to fit it at my own cost. I personally think this was a failure of customer services as they should have offered to repair or replace the entire bag. Just be cautious that if you buy one of these make sure you test it before you actually use it."
