"Extremely disappointing service. I made a click and collect order to this store yesterday and could not collect. Although the items I ordered were clearly on display in the store. When cancelling my order by phone, I was told by customer service that they should have tried to fulfill my order with available stock. But no attempt was made. I was told I would have to buy it again. Yes pay twice. As far as I am concerned. If jd sports advertises a click and collect service the items you ordered should be IN STOCK or they should tell you when they will be. Every other store works this way. This is the third time I have had a bad experience in this particular jd sports. From their rude and arrogant staff. Even though this is the closest jd to me, I will never return to it and will go elsewhere either Hatfield or Watford."

"Nice store, the staff are incredibly unfriendly. Handing over £200 feels less comfortable when you know you're niether respected or welcome for interrupting a gossip conversation."

"Staff helpful, respectful - one pair of Nike sneaks were discounted but same in another colour were full price, no problems. Also ended up buying things I didn't expect to, haha great sales AND I did need that stuff too anyway, for work, so all good all round. No pictures, you know what a large JD Sports looks like."
