"We took our car in for an MOT and from the start of the drop off we were met with rude service. The guy we dropped out car off with seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else but having to deal with us. When we then got call to advise what needing fixing the lady on the phone was so rude, saying that everything they priced us for was needed for MOT. We had no issue with cost as if its needed then it's needed. More at the way they feel they can talk to customers who chose them. We then asked for a CB to see if we could get car fixed that day as needed car for work. When we were forced to CB after no-one called us we were again greeted with a rude person on the phone talking down to us. We have used Marshalls for a couple of years but after this experience we will not be back. Out of all the things we all need to deal with in our daily lives, I cannot abide rude people and bad customer service."
