"Very quick response on first contact. Helpful, polite and friendly. Easy to get to location too. Fully explained what was needed to sort the rip in seat, which with not being on a seam was more entailed than I anticipated and meant replacing a whole panel. I can see this lasting beyond the lifetime of the car! I hope I don't have to use their services again as obviously no one wants a ripped seat, but, if I do have the misfortune to need a seat repair again, I will 100% be back and will also recommend to others. The job itself is very impressive, material colour matched and even the red stitching detail. If I didn't know I wouldn't know! Many thanks!"
