"I took my X1 into the Maryhill garage for a service and diagnostic after my DSC warning light came on. Service was completed in very short time and the fault was located and explained to me in great detail with expected costs etc also explained and some advice on an outstanding recall issue. I took the car back the following week for the electrical repair to sort the DSC issue and again this was completed in a timely manner by the electrician (within a few hours). I must say I was very pleasantly surprised at the overall cost of the work on my car as I've taken previous BMWs into the main dealer garage and paid out more for less work, and without the advice and explanation I received about the work getting carried out. They know what they are talking about when it comes to BMWs. A very approachable and reliable garage you can trust with your car and good value for money too in these times. Any questions answered honestly and thoroughly. I would recommend them to anyone and they will be my go to garage in the future."

"Maybe not your normal car to drop off, I have an older Audi A2 with quite the reputation for being a difficult engine to diagnose. I had had work on my car from a fellow mechanic, but we wanted someone more specialist to work on it, firstly to get the Timing belt changed which Prestige did and found out we had 2 teeth out on alignment! Following this we had some more issues, requiring some more testing equipment. While this was going on they were also trying to line my car up for its next MOT which had now expired and failed. After a decent amount of effort from Prestige and some really class customer service. They managed to see what was causing our last engine fault on a large list I had been working through. This last fault was giving some weird engine idling. Anyway, long story short. Its fixed and is running better than it has ever run, they also got it through its MOT and sorted some break issues I was having. To date the best experience I have had with a garage.
