"Can't fault this place or the staff, after a misunderstanding in communication between myself Pauline, some work was done on my car. I left it over weekend stressed and slightly angry I left a negative review of my experience. HOWEVER. When I spoke to them face to face they where very understanding as was I of their side and we resolved the issue. After using them for 16 years I would recommend them to anyone after the experience I just had."
"Had my 10 plate Corsa in for an MOT after it been sitting for around 4 months with previous owner. During the initial MOT the mechanics noted that there was a coolant leak, which was coming from a number of hoses and the coolant pump was faulty. Pauline contacted me asap and explained what was wrong and the steps to repair the car. I went ahead with the repairs as the cost was very reasonable in my opinion and I had the car back around 5 days after dropping it off ( Friday - Wednesday, so weekend included). There was also an issue with their parts vendor, which added difficulty in getting the parts, but despite all of this my car was back and running perfect in a very good timescale. I have been ripped off a few times by other mainstream garages and I am extremely please to have finally found a garage I can trust and rely on. Basically, if you need your car sorted, then take it to the Kingsway Service Station. Top job and again thank you very much Pauline and team!! Have a 6th star ⭐️ :)"
