"Unfortunately I'm having a very frustrating experience with Philips Garage. At first I was impressed - they promptly booked me in for an inspection of coolant and heating problems on my Golf Estate, which my local garage had been unable to diagnose. They found that casting sand from the coolant system had blocked the heater matrix. They also found an oil leak and advised a new timing belt / water pump. I was charged £102, which I thought was expensive but perhaps reasonable given how thorough the inspection appeared to be. It's now over 3 weeks later and I still haven't received a quote for the work. I've phoned several times and been assured it will be with me soon. Now they're no longer picking up the phone to me. If you don't want to do the work, fair enough - but please communicate with your customers!"
"I would like to congratulate all at Phillips Garage for finally getting to the bottom of an ongoing fault which has plagued my Audi A7 for the last 6 months or so. Intermittent power loss diagnosed and repaired following several visits to other garages including an Audi main dealer. Over £2k later in various diagnostics and incorrect part replacements at the other garages, Craig resolved it in one visit for just over £300. The car was actually repaired 3 months ago and has been running sweetly since. Having waited to see if the fix was successful (because it wasn't after the other garages "repaired" it) I would highly recommend anyone to use them, so much so that I've taken both my wife and sons cars for repairs and servicing since and experienced the same high standard of workmanship. Thanks once again for superb service and professionalism."
"They asked to reschedule my service last minute, to which was no issue for me, and told me they'd call me back to reschedule in the coming days, again of which was no issue. They never got back in touch, and now don't pick up the phone/hang up, and don't respond to emails... leaving me without being able to rectify the issue with my car. I understand you may be busy, but a little bit of courtesy and customer service would go a long way. I will quite happily reconsider my review if you were to get back in touch... but seeing as you've not picked up the phone all week, feel I've been left with no choice but to leave this review, in the hope that it may prompt you to have a bit of decency and call back your customers when you say you will."

Carrie in reception was very helpful and gave me full brief of the process and expected timescales. Craig is very knowledgable and went through any work needing done.
