"Fast efficient service, definitely use again"
"Visited today to get a screw removed from my tyre and the tyre repaired. I initially looked at reviews online as we are new to coatbridge and loved how the management replies to bloody ridiculous reviews (so please don't take the advice from the other person). So called to check if I needed an appointment or not and the girl I spoke to was extremely helpful. Turned up and the guy there got the job done in quick time for a good price. Being a female I sometimes find places like this daunting but it was great service and nice employees so around happy. Will be returning for further services and more than likely more tire issues."

"*Update* Now rated 1 star due to customer service skills. This business has zero customer service skills as you can see by their reply to my first review. Read the reply’s to other reviews before you go here so you know what you are letting yourself in for. I have put 5 stars because I haven’t used this business and I’m not going to so I feel it would be unfair to put it any less. I was advised by a trusted friend to use this garage so as you do before you go to any business you have a look online at the reviews and at first glance it looks a reputable company with plenty of good reviews but upon further inspection you can see the owner giving really snarky replies to a couple of bad reviews. It makes me think if I had a problem after getting work done the owner wouldn’t be so happy to help. Now this might not be the case but I definitely don’t want to find out. A word of advice to the owner give your business the reputation it deserves you will get people who will write bad reviews you will get people making stuff up but you need to handle these things professionally. Have a look at how some other businesses handle bad reviews and take this into consideration. I will delete this review once you have sent a reply."
