"Usually 5 * but tried the weekend Italian menu? Starter fine main v poor seafood risotto? Tasteless hardly any seafood. sauce was so bland mite have been better with the sauce from the sausage starter.will stick to regular menu always v.good"
"Kerb appeal is missing particularly from the car park entrance. However, I am glad I went in as it was a clean, warm and friendly pub. Jeanette, the waitress, bar lady and cleaner upper was run off her feet. Nevertheless, she always had a smile and looked after her customers very well. Usual pub food with the addition of wraps and other light meals and snacks. My wee dog was made welcome therefore, it was a good experience all round. Easy access for disabled. Plenty of car park spaces at the rear entrance. Table service Easy to find."
"Cosy wee village pub with friendly staff. Good food with massive portions - my steak was amazing, the chips were hand cut and the onion rings were the best I've tasted. Great value for money, will return and would definitely recommend. Special shout out to our server Jeannette who was an absolute star."
