"TERRIBLE is a good word to use when describing my experience with this company. HORRENDOUS is another. I had a non functioning light on my van Logie, the owner of the company, spent three and a half hours in rigerous examiatuon of the wiring system, or so he says, after which he bodged a cheap Halfords wire from the working light to the non working light... note, he charged me 25 pounds for 10p's worth of wire...job done... he charged almost £400. He spent ten minutes on a so called repair, and called it finished. However, as I was driving away, I saw the left hand light not working.... this genius had so called fixed one side light and wrecked the other. I phoned him and received the silent treatment, like a child, he refused to speak...and this is the owner of a company! Look, I'd rather light a candle than curse your automotive darkness, so here are my top tips for dealing with this electrical professional. VERY IMPORTANT....1 GET A QUOTE 2 TELL LOGIE THE TOP PRICE YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR THE JOB, AND 3, TELL HIM YOU WANT HIM TO PHONE YOU WITH THE PRICE OF THE JOB..... .DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT LET HIM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE WITHOUT ESTABLISHING THESE THREE SIMPLE STEPS. if you do not follow these simple steps, then you get what you get what you get... I bid you good day."

"Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.I took my vehicle to PLA as the new battery they had supplied seemed to be loosing charge after 1 year of use. I was told that there was a drain on the battery and advised to have a battery isolator fitted. I was charged for 4 hours for them to investigate the drain then a further 2 hours labour when fitting the isolator. This isolator failed a month later another was bought and fitted, this too failed. When in desperation I contacted another auto electrician he tested the battery, said it was faulty and also showed me the bare wires that had been badly crimped and obvious scorched insulation around the connections to the isolator. Very shoddy work. I received a replacement battery when I explained to PLA what the new auto electrician had found and also showed Phil the bare wires etc. Overall I paid out almost £1000 for a very poor job that caused a great deal of upset and frustration."
"Intermittent wiper fault mis diagnosed. Was informed it was the wiper motor despite my suggestion it could be the Body/Comfort control module. I Paid around £58 per hour plus vat and was charged 3 hours for this mis information despite being phoned 2 hours after I dropped the car off and informed it was ready for collection. I fixed the fault myself and guess what, It was the control module. Will not use again nor can I recommend to others IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS DENIAL OF HAVING COMPLETED THIS WORK THEIR INVOICE NUMBER SI-4767 OF 19/MAY 2022 WILL HOPEFULLY REFRESH THEIR MEMORY!"
