Told they couldn't look at it for another 4 days and I would have to leave it with them. Great service, NOT!! "My rating is based on the average of visits to this garage. I have had good customer service in my past visits but the last one knocked off possible high rating. Dropped the vehicle for a regular oil change and general look-see, got a call later and my wife answered. She was told that there was a bit of issue with the brakes, she told the technician to fix the issues. My annoyance is that the cost of this little issue and oil service amounted to over £1,000. This is outrageous and it is just right for the technician to have mentioned the cost of repairs and possible alternatives before proceeding with the ripoff. Update: Although, the cost issue wasn't addressed. We are back to regular programming: Good customer service and optimal car servicing and repair"

Excellent service and work, everything done quickly, efficiently and carefully and without unnecessary work and parts. I would definitely recommend them…….
