"Waited from 6.16pm till 7.50pm for delivery so we'll over an hour and a half. Never told till the 3rd follow up call that there is minimum 1 hour wait, also was advised food being made and delivery in five minutes, 25 mins later and 4th follow up call was advised just made and leaving the premises and that they had issues in kitchen as only one chef working. Confirmed if food not delivered in appropriate time I wanted a refund. Told again it was on way. Food when it came was okay but not the best. Never ordering again from them as not told truth when on phone, if they were honest it wold have been better. Don't waste your time, order from someone else."
"We called through to place our order to be delivered at 6.23pm on 16/04. We were told it would take 1 hour. Our food was delivered at 9.28pm. 3 hours to deliver! This is the worst delivery we have ever encountered. This is not the first time they have lied and taken well over an hour to deliver, but 3 hours has set a new benchmark. They clearly do not have the capability to fulfill orders or be honest with customers. Stirling has an abundance of takeaway and choice, please avoid New Oriental at all costs!"
