"Worst experience of my life. I ordered my medication online and went to pick it up. The lady who works there starts saying the name of my medication at loud, even though I told her it was something personal and I did not want everyone to hear it, especially that the pharmacy was full. She proceeds to talking with her colleague about it in a loud voice. It made me very self conscious and embarrassed. My medication ended up not even being there."
"Would give it no stars if possible!! Worse chemist ever!! Staff don't care make you wait forever always problems with repeat prescriptions staff just leave you hanging around while they all chat at the back, once seen they say come back in 10 min for your medication come back half hour later still then have to wait while they are all in the back and que is long again, then to be told when you do get seen it will be done soon its with the pharmacist!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!"
"Avoid! They don’t answer the phone, are unable to manage repeat prescriptions. Every month there is an issue with a simple repeat prescription. Also there are hardly any products on the shelves, strangely old boxes on display for most items with the actual product kept in the back. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on. I’ve never experienced a ‘boots’ like this."
"SInce the European lady in charge of the pharmacy has come in, this place has become a total nightmare for its long time customers and patients. I believe her name is Monica or Monique, and she liaises with another eastern european girl who is normally by the till. Prescriptions are wrong, medicines are missed out, they are rude and if you try to raise any concern or question, expect the lady in charge to respond in a very impolite manner. I will be complaining to the boots head office regarding these individuals. The other staff including indians are very polite and helpful. Even the Dr Mustafa Gp opposite have serious concerns about the way this place is now operating."
"No common sense as they clearly do not have the ability to prioritise/use their initiative. Spent 15 minutes chatting away to prescription customers and singing at the back rather than quickly allowing non prescription customers to pay. I'm not saying non-prescriptions should have priority. But it takes less than 30 seconds to pay for an item. Glad I walked out and went to another pharmacy because their customer service skills need to be addressed."
