"Very rude staff on counter today at 15:10 09/03/2023 , Specially Zara and the do worker not wearing name tag arguing with customers for using the photo copy of boots card and not actual card in shop ? Not sure how this is relevant at all and how this affect boots if I use my wife’s card and don’t have my own as Zara wanted me to have my own ?store manager need to teach some basic customer sense to Zara specially ."
"Today, I went to pick up my latest prescription for the fourth time, and thankfully surprisingly the pharmacy was open. I was already 10 days behind with my essential medication. While I waited, I mentioned to the guy who served me that on the three previous occasions, it was closed even after checking their website before setting off. He said it was due to staff shortage, and he explained to me the easy procedure to change pharmacy. I said that I knew very well how to do it, but that didn't resolve the issue for many people travelling long distances, badly affected by their self serving, and extremely disruptive and selfish procedure, to close all of a sudden at lunchtime or even later. I told him they needed to envisage a mechanism of alerting customers on their website. The information on a company's website is sacred. Period. If it says a place will be opened at a specific time then, the website is the word of authority which supercedes any other source, and one should expect the place to be opened. Especially in these day and age when Boots carelessly decided not to pay someone to answer the phones, an insult to injury which is yet another aggravation. Where is the respect for customers Boots was so famous for? What's happened? Do I have to say to Boots, of all companies, that you are there to give a service to the community, not the other way around? You DO have duty of care, again, not the other way around; otherwise specialise in something else, move aside and let those committed and responsible enough to occupy the vacuum you leave. No more no less. That's what you are paid for. That's what you are there for. Neither excuses nor apologies accepted."
"I’m very disappointed with the pharmacy in this store, the male staff is not willing to check with the latest information and procedures, so even it says I can buy it in store without prescription he won’t sell it to me. I know he is not doing it right because I’ve just been to another boots and the reason they redirect me to this one is because they don’t have the stock. I have to order it online at the end because he is “not bothered” to double check the information even though I can see the pills right in front of me. It takes you 5 seconds to double check to save me from all the hassle. Hope you never ever need someone else to double check for you!"
"Has anyone ever managed to get through to them on the phone? Not sure they actually have a phone. In person they are fine - friendly, helpful, etc. - but they don’t communicate. Don’t send out texts when a prescription is ready no matter how many time you give them your number and won’t answer the phone. You have to go in person anytime you want to check on a medication."
"I am very disappointed in the pharmacy in this store! I was directed by the boots pharmacy in Westfield for the medicine I needed to collect from here, but after arriving here the lady at the pharmacy counter conveniently placed a hand written note that this pharmacy close an hour before the store closes. She was rude and very unhelpful. I urgently needed the medicine and went their after checking the timing on their website. Very disappointing experience. The customer after me had a similar issue."
