"They have such a great staff who are always kind and ready to help. Everyone is a pleasure to be around!"
"I use this Pharmacy regularly to get a daily prescription, the staff in here are always very polite and knowledgeable and always deal with my requests quickly. They all always ask how things are going and seem genuinely interested in how all the people who come in there are doing and feeling and they know a lot about each person who comes in. Very good and personable service great pharmacy."
"For many years i have been a regular customer at the Mangal Pharmacy linked to Sherrard Road Medical center. On a recent visit to collect medication, I was asked if I would be interested in an on the spot free Blood pressure test. The result showed my Blood pressure was above normal, a more accurate assessment can be achieved by monitoring for a longer period The compact equipment was fitted to my arm and it did what was required over the twenty four hours Readings from the monitor were loaded into the computer. It must have been less than ten minutes after leaving the Pharmacy that I received a phone call from the Pharmacist telling me that the details had been passed onto the surgery "something was not correct" about fifteen minutes after the surgery contacted me to say the Dr. wanted to see me and I had an appointment the following morning At the consultation with the Dr. he wrote up a form for me to go the Hospital for an ECG test, which i was lucky to get the same day, following the ECG the result was given to me so it could be given direct to the surgery. Medication as explained by the Dr. will resolve the issue. Without this original Blood pressure test I would be totally unaware of my situation, which could have been serious in the future. If you are offered a free Blood pressure test take it ten minutes its worth it Thank you Mangal Pharmacy"
"I see a polyclinic, such a pharmacy, received medicines on November 29, some for 2 months (28 pieces), others for 1 month. On January 12 I receive that the medicines are ready. I come to pick up they said they made a mistake. They didn’t write anything else, the medicines ran out, I called the pharmacy on February 3, 56 days was on January 24. On January 5, the pharmacy is closed, I went near Mangal, came at 16:45, on Saturday I worked until 17:30. I have to be in the system for medicines, I have been receiving it for 5 years, new ones are only being added. I called 111, they even gave me an interpreter, but they did nothing. People, you work for people's health, where is your conscience? Put yourself in the place of these people whom you treat carelessly, if they treat you like that? Today, February 7 at 16:12, I received a message that the medicines are ready. They made each tablet with their hands."
"Just had ear microsuction for the 1st time at the pharmacy. Pharmacist was really lovely and cared so much about my welfare and talked me through everything. Great results and good price. Would highly recommend."
