"This is a very friendly brunch of Boots at Trafalgar Road in Greenwich. Staff is well trained and helpful. I had a lot of experiences with Rishi who is particularly kind and always friendly. Repeated prescriptions are done in time and the manner towards customers is polite. We need more such well run brunches of Boots!"

"It feels a bit odd to be reviewing a Boots store, but heed the reviews: this really is one to avoid. Dirty, squashed, empty shelves and staff that don’t seem to care or really even be aware of where they are, it’s not worth your time. After struggling to find what I needed and trying a third staff member to find out where it could be, I knew it was game over. It’s not Boots on Piccadilly Circus; it’s not traversing a labyrinth; it’s a small store. People working there should know what stock they have. Seemingly avoid for any sort of vaccination service, too. Overheard a heated conversation about how late they were for an appointment, with the gentleman explaining no one was here before him and no one else has since turned up after his arrival, so how were they running late!"
