"I would give a zero if I could , even though the chemist was empty the staff were rude and had zero knowledge on private prescriptions. I had just got one from the shard it had my address on and was signed by doctor I firstly had to point out my address to her then the hospital as they clearly didn’t look. They then told me they do not accept them which is nonsense my doctors said they should as I was paying , they told me to go back up to london bridge which is ridiculous. Just so you know chemist do accept them another chemist in chislhurst was very helpful and done it no questions asked. Clearly the staff here need educating and better customer service"
