"Wrong advice and treatment by pharmacist. I visited the pharmacy requesting chloraphemonacol eye drops for red crusty and weeping eyes. The pharmacist refused to dispese chloramphenicol told me it wouldn't help and I needed brolene eye drops for a mild infection. I used these with the result that my whole eye went red and I ended up in casualty where I was diagnosed with acute conjunctivitis"
"DO NOT GO HERE. We were in a queue for 1 hour outside in the cold, others 1.5 hours. They lock the door so that strictly 2 people can go in, but even those 2 people inside will wait for 15 minutes (after already waiting an hour outside). It's either severely understaffed or their computer system is ridiculously slow. I see that others said that the staff are rude, however I believe that it's because they're worked so hard. Therefore instead, it's best if you just go to another pharmacy."
"Appalling, staff rude and unhelpful. 2nd time I’ve visited in the last month, initially they were unable to print prescription, went back the following day, items not in stock. Got spoken to like I was dirt. Other customers in the store were also told there items weren’t in stock and didn’t know when they would be in. Previously i was told there was shortage of medication and went to another pharmacy that advised they didn’t have it but would order it for the following day, totally different level of customer service to Lloyds. How on earth can they get away with consistently bad customer service"
"Don’t waste your time turning up for your booked Flu Jab as they cancel the appointment without telling you. Despite still taking bookings and emailing the night before reminding you of the appointment. The lady behind the counter was polite enough, she said that I should re-book. Upon further questioning I discovered that they do not offer this service on a Saturday so I could have had another wasted journey. She also advised me that the manager knows of this and he/she does not have the courtesy to contact patients to let them know."
"Avoid this place at all costs. If I could leave zero stars I would. Lloyds pharmacy, take note of these reviews.. an average rating of 1.6 stars is shameful and action must be taken. I am truly shocked at how absolutely appalling the attitude and behaviour was from all members of staff, from the pharmacist to the person working on the till. Hostile, abrupt, plain old rude will sum it up pretty well. They cancelled my flu jab appointment without telling me and when I turned up on time for my appointment, somehow I was being to be spoken to like I had missed an appointment or turned up late or I had caused the issue, not that a customer should ever be spoken to in that manner. One of the key skills of those working in a pharmacy should be compassion, there was zero compassion and empathy from this group of staff. Those attending pharmacies are often vulnerable and have a lot of other worries in their life, and they do not need any other aggravation in their life certainly not from their pharmacist. Their behaviour is truly unacceptable and action must be taken immediately ."
