Reviews
"This is the worse pharmacy ever.every time I go there different people.the faces are the worst thing do y want to see. They never find your prescription right away, it takes a long time or you have to come back another day. There is no professionalism at all. this will be my last time, i have a prescription to receive and it will be my 3rd time going there. The staff doesn't seem to know what she's doing, and she is very rude. I don't recommend it."
"Literally the worst pharmacy ever. I can’t even explain. I waited 55 minutes for a prescription and half could not be fulfilled. Had to end up buying an alternative to what I was prescribed as that was what I was waiting for. Shocking service. They need to do ratings like what they do for food shops so they have to improve their service. The amount of times I heard we don’t have that whilst I say that for 55 minutes was terrible. I was actually being generous with one star just so I could write a review. Please ignore the one star. They really need to do something."
"I think the black woman wearing glasses hates the job.. she is rude as hell. 2 people waiting for prescription, 5/6 people behind the counter but none of them are apparently pharmacist… who do you employe on a pharmacy? Waitress, baristas? Football players? Who were these 5 people who work in an pharmacy but aren’t even 1 a pharmacist? Only apparently pharmacist on a lunch break so we need to come when he/she finishes her lunch. Dont you know most of people work full time and lunch time is the best time to get your prescriptions? Why don’t they get 2 pharmacist? Or at least why doesn’t the only pharmacist takes his lunch later or earlier rather than make honest working people who pay taxes and for prescription come back, possibly after 6 when the pharmacist is gone home again? Honestly!! And why this black woman with glasses has to be so hostile and rude? This is a very delicate environment! You guys are a pharmacy! People go there when they are sick and no feeling well! Why the necessity to be so rude? Why? You should be polite and considerated as your customers aren’t feeling at their best! Black woman with glasses needs to be called in for a good conversation or get fired!!"
"Honestly shocking experience. A black lady wearing glasses, she is the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. She wasn’t only rude to me but to a disable person who was there, shouting to everyone that pharmacist was on a brake and we needed to come back. She said she did not care about any one’s health problems or disabilities"
"Terrible, terrible, please do not go. They charged me for the medication, which they had not had and then refused to give it to me. The attitude of the staff is very unprofessional. They have treated me very disrespectfully and with attitude. This is what you get to pay for your prescriptions. I am not surprised the reviews are 2.2 because the service is awful."
