"Unfortunately I have had several deliveries missed or delayed when using Church, and on multiple occasions, online it says a product is in stock, I pay, I get confirmation but I then receive a phone call later in the day to say it is out of stock. By that point I have already confirmed with my customers that their product has been ordered and will be on its way. I have highlighted this several times and questioned why they do not get more stock in at the beginning of every month, as they are now running out earlier and earlier each month. We are 12 days into the month and they're already out of stock. Frustrating and they are not much help on the phone - no sincere apology or understanding that they're making my business look bad to my customers. I have now had to order from an alternative pharmacy and delay the deliveries to my clients."
