Reviews
"Very disorganised pharmacy. It’s the second time they mess with my prescription because “they haven’t contacted the right GP” and today asked me to contact them myself. Last time I followed that advice, my surgery stated it was responsibility of the pharmacy, so I had to reiterate it to the pharmacist this time. As this is not the first time it’s happening, I requested a complaint form, but they do not offer them. I’m definitely withdrawing my prescription service from this pharmacy"
"Very bad customer service Serving only Bangladeshi people fast"
"People usually only take time to share negative experiences so I decided to write a review now. I’ve just experienced a lady pharmacist going above and beyond - I’ve never seen a pharmacist so kind, proactive a and helpful. One of the medications were out of stock in the prescribed dosage and they only had a larger dose. I was a second client asking for this dose of medication and the pharmacist knew there was stocking issue in the area. She was so kind to offer to call the GP surgery on my behalf, as I wasn’t convinced they’ll resolve it fast if I call. She called from her phone, talked to the surgery, and managed to sort out my amended prescription within 3 minutes. There was another client behind who came with the same out of stock prescription issue and the pharmacist offers to call the surgery for him as well. So kind and helpful, bless!"
"Worst pharmacy in London, went there today waited for more then an hour to get my antibiotics. The pharmacy wasn’t even busy. Asked the girl in counter how long will it take after waiting for 45 min, her reply was ‘I’m not a pharmacist’. They are very judgemental, unprofessional and rude. They need to be trained on customer service."
