"time are wrong / update! saturday 6pm NOT 7pm- its closed! worked for nothing"
"Had an asthma attack and the staff were so helpful in sorting out an emergency inhaler, and letting me sit in the pharmacy whilst I recovered. Thank you so much."
"My mother has used Morrison’s pharmacy for many years now and had no problem until this week. As usual my mother asked a pharmacist for a repeat prescription she handed him the package with the name of her pills for him to order. The following day my mother realized she had no inhalers and again asked for a repeat prescription for her inhalers. I speak with my mother on a daily basis telephonically and phoned the pharmacist on the third day when my mother was advised that her prescription was not ordered asking if they would make a plan to obtain her meds asap, stating that my mother is anxious as she has only one pill left and no inhaler. Today four days after her first visit she went to the pharmacy believing her pills would be available for collection and her inhalers too but was told her inhalers are ready for collection at another pharmacy and that her pills were not ready as my mother would have to phone her doctor for a repeat prescription. I phoned Morrison’s pharmacy again today and asked why wasn’t my mother given that information on Monday, she avoided my question. I asked her to answer my question, again she didn’t. I proceeded to ask why is it that in the past my mother had no problem in getting her repeat prescription via the pharmacy and now the pharmacist is asking it has to be through the doctors rooms. She then retracted, said she could order the repeat prescription for my mother & asked would my mother prefer it delivered to the Morrison’s pharmacy or the one in Malden road where the inhalers went to. Seriously?! I asked why did the meds go to another pharmacy and the reply was she couldn’t answer for the doctors mistake. The irony in the tone was mind blowing. My complaint is my mother placed her order for a repeat prescription on Monday, the order is received, my mother goes to collect her order the next day, (granted it is early) she is told it is not ready, goes again the third day and is told it was never ordered. My mother is then told in order to place an order she is to contact her doctor. Yet her inhalers were ordered through the pharmacy on the second day. When I phone to enquire I am told it is not the pharmacist responsibility to order but the patience. I research this and find that the information on the NHS web and see that it is advise that the patient give their order/s to the pharmacy. I give this information to the pharmacist and I am told the pharmacy will do it, finally I am told what is stated on your web site that electronic prescriptions can be ordered from the pharmacy on behalf of a patient in order to save a patient the time of phoning the drs rooms etc. To have immature, irresponsible and most importantly incompetent individuals in a position that requires professionalism is ill-considered of the NHS and a frustration to the public to say the least. The public that requires medical attention are most importantly in need of compassion and consideration & not some conceited arrogant individual/s. Seriously NHS get your act together. Keep in mind the fish rots from the head down."
"Very very bad customer service from a session manager call Jeremy. Been there today to collect TooGoodToGo and they didn’t have any as Morrison move in a new store. Ask him to so do and he was not help me, as to have my money back and answer me no, as to customer service phone and give me a wrong number. Try to make a complain and he was not listening. Really super bad customer service. Also he cool him self a session manager, still no compensation give to me and so I need to send a e-mail to HO and see what and when they will come back to me.
