"I have used this chemist in Tooting for years and years and have found the staff helpful and easy to talk to when I have any questions. I feel at ease going into the chemist, they know who I am and will let me know my prescriptions are ready to be picked up. The shop is well stocked."
"Great people, very helpful staff and pharmacists . These people are always happy to help and offer a great and caring service .I have been a regular at this chemist for 3 years now and they always greet you with a smile and offer great advice for medical issues. Well stocked, friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I do not understand the other commitments ! Certainly not a true reflection of this amazing place ."
"Very bad experience!!! I dont know how they operate like this, a gentleman on front desk on saturday afternoon put my son's name and passport number wrong on his PCR test for travel, and when I called to get it fixed he replied "well...it is not end of the world". Please train your staff to be curteous to your customers this is not the standards of doing business in Great Britain, during interview process a small literacy and numeracy test would be helpful to make sure they can read and write letters and numbers correctly. Hope this review helps others to avoid this pharmacy at all. I highly suggest if you want your PCR for travel DONT use them and avoid a potential disaster at airport."
"I was my first time in the shop ,as per Dr. repot took some medicine and ask for the payment receipt he just go on laughing as i have done something wrong by asking only the payment receipt .he was making me uncomfortable. I can't imagine what he can do with the old people's...i was very bad experience and i waited so long. I recommend not to go there chosen different pharmacy."
"I've had a lot of experience attempting to get medicine from this pharmacy, over the past 3 years- a repeat prescription, over the past 8 months at least, has taken at least 2, usually around 4 attempts each month. I'm told I need to speak to a doctor, that it's not in stock, that they've managed to order the wrong item by mistake etc. Their behaviour is outrageous, as is their variety of excuses. Especially in this day and age, I'm not prepared to stand around in their pharmacy over and over again for 10 minutes waiting to be told I made my journey for nothing. If you can, I suggest you use another pharmacy. Even now, after I had suggested they stop, they still have a communal pen that probably 100 people touch every day to write down their name and date of birth to pick up prescriptions. Another update, months later- I called ahead, was told the prescription would be available today, called ahead again today to check- but of course there's some new problem, "the prescription isn't there". I said that I was running out of patience, at which point the pharmacy hung up on me, telling me that they "don't have to do anything" for me. My recommendation remains- if you can avoid this pharmacy, do so at all costs."
