"Always answers call, well done service, waiting time 5-7 minutes, but okay. Very helpful staff."
"My grandmother being coming here for years and time to time i come with her. I realised the pharmacist has changed and she was so friendly to my grandmother and helpful as well. Farema was very professional even tho my grandma is a bit slow the pharmacist was really patient with her when she wanted to pay and had questions."
"A great experience, for the very first time I actually saw a pharmacist helping out a desperate patient, and providing a personal service. Fareema has really impressed me with her caring and professional service. She contacted my GP and sorted out the prescription. I am so glad I have made the move from Lloyds and Copes. Hope Watts keep up the good work. Thank you"
"I have my prescriptions electronically sent every month from my surgery to the chemist. I would leave it a couple of days to give them time to prepare my medicines. I finally made it there 7 days after it had been sent and they hadn’t even looked at it yet. Unsurprisingly they didn’t have all of it in stock which meant coming back again. That don’t sound too inconvenient. You’re probably thinking I’m being a bit rigid but the thing that makes it unbearable is the self important, unhelpful and sometimes rude service at the counter by the lady on the till. She would certainly benefit from a customer service refresher course. Her demeanour and approach made it an extra arduous task to have to return again. It left me feeling unsettled and quietly seething"
"Extremely appalling service. I went in to pick my prescription as usual. I was asked to wait outside the shop because they needed to close for an hour. Knowing very well I’m a diabetic and waiting that long meant I had to hold my uncontrollable bladder. They could see me outside the window how much discomfort I was in, and I even knocked on the door several times. Eventually there was a delivery for the shop so they had no choice but to come to open the door. I then explained to the staff that I have a weak bladder and I could feel my sugar level going low so I needed to collect my prescription and go. She ignored me and locked the door. I kept knocking on the door. Another person standing outside also waiting to collect their prescription. saw how much discomfort I was in and also knocked on the door a few times only to be ignored completely. I wouldn’t recommend to use their service! Very rude and inconsiderate staff!"
