"I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 20 yrs and the customer service has really been good nelim and her team of staff really do deliver a great service and they show that they care and empathy always I am just very glad to know they are always there to help and deliver a great service"
"This is the worst pharmacy ever. One particular head pharmacist/owner is extremely rude, unprofessional and talks down to her staff and customers. Always lying, always making up an excuse as to what's happened and blaming the gp practice .They make you wait for ages even when they have told you your medication is ready for collection. They need to be inspected re rated. They are definitely not well led, effective, responsive or caring."
"Terrible pharmacy. So bad I have changed to another pharmacy to collect my prescriptions. Really slow. Disorganised. Unhelpful. Served others in front of me that came in after me, even though they knew I had a taxi waiting outside. If you have a choice of another pharmacy, please take it and save yourself the stress."
"Feels like I’ve stumbled into a family row…the manager (?) is berating members of staff for not doing tasks. The young guy behind the counter is his usual half asleep self. One customer returning to the counter for confirmation of what doses to take of their medication because it’s seemingly not on the packet….rather worrying. Paperwork left on the counter with customer addresses and info on it."
"First time... last time. They refused an emergency prescription without a call to 111. After 40 mins on hold I got 111 to send approval and 7 hrs later still waiting for the medication to arrive. EDIT: I put them down at 2 stars but have had to downgrade to 1 Star. They have messed me about all day. NO DELIVERY as agreed. BUT NO STOCK either which you informed me of at 6.45pm after returning for the 2nd time. Had you advised me at 9am (some 10 hrs earlier) that you had no mediation, or texted me this morning, or told me on one of the 15 calls you made whilst i was in meetings which interrupted me - you could have saved me a very stressful day. At no point did you and i am fuming. Never using them again as this has caused me severe distress as its put my health at risk. INCOMPETENT BAFOONS."
