"I have been using this pharmacy for a number of years. My prescriptions get sent directly to Alisha and they email me when ready to collect. I find them very friendly and helpful. They always give good advice."
"I know the government doesn't care about access to lateral flow tests for those shielding or with other difficulties but for some reason I had expected this pharmacy to. Clearly not. UPDATE: How is it 'equal' to provide kits to people who can actually get there and come by every day to take advantage of that? Doesn't account for disability at all. In your world, equal is just having a set of stairs and no ramp, because everyone has the stairs. Or shops opening during a certain time of day, not taking into account that some people are physically unable to visit at that exact time, NHS staff for example. Some people with piles of test kits at home, while those who struggle, continue to have none. Maybe read up about what equality actually means than peddle that you are being equal. Unless you are checking that the same people aren't coming in for test kits every time you have them then stop deluding yourself. You're not 'giving everyone the chance'. You are giving those who are ABLE to get as many as they can. People have very different constraints. As we couldn't get the test kits a few days ago, having tried for almost two weeks, another elderly, vulnerable person is having another Christmas alone. And you think everyone has the same chance??? Give yourself a pat on the back."
