"RUDE staff!!! I called to check if my daughters repeat prescription had come through and the lady picked up with an attitude. She didn’t want to check, then told me they don’t do repeat prescription and to call the GP to sort it out- so unhelpful. I’ve been doing this for a year already but she just wanted to argue with me over the phone and then when I asked for her name, she said “come find me”. She’s lucky this wasn’t face to face, that’s all I’m saying."
"Toothless says “thank you auntie and uncle for helping me”. He’s old and sometimes he suffers from constipations. I realised he’s constipated again 10:40 in the night. I rushed to the store to get him lactose and micralax. Initially the staff were reluctant to give me any of the above because they have to be responsible for what they were selling. However, after showing them my vet licence they were incredibly helpful and got everything ready within minutes! Toothless is feeling so much better now thank you all for your kindness!"
