"Terrible service. I have tried changing to a local pharmacy and every time I order tablets, spatree change it back to their surgery leaving me without tablets which I need. I have contacted them multiple times, my surgery have contacted them and even lets notes on my record telling them to stop changing it to their surgery, tried calling to ask to be removed from their system and 12 months later, no response. It’s getting beyond a joke and is testing my patience. This is very frustrating!!!!!"
"I really like that my prescription is delivered through the post and I don’t need to request a prescription between a particular time from a doctors surgery receptionist. Best of all though is that my prescription comes in individual packs so that I can pop it in my bag and I don’t forget to take my heart meds before I leave the house as I have put them into my bag the night before. So I can take them whilst on the bus whilst sitting and remembering the other items I forgot that day. This really takes the pressure off! But I’d really love it IF the packs were more environmentally friendly.. like if they decomposed!?! I’ve recommended to a few friends but they’ve declined due to plastic waste so a environmentally friendly option would be beneficial."
