"Online it doesn’t say they close from 1-2pm Monday-Friday so when they finally have your prescription ready you go, you have to wait until they re open. Had to wait 15 mins without even being acknowledged when there , was no one front of me and 3 staff all ignoring me and were all round the back talking. I stood waiting for a prescription for my child that was ready to collect and no reaction from staff for about 15/10 mins. Some of the staff are unbelievably rude . Snappy, don’t answer questions, definitely not what you want from a local pharmacy. Didn’t even assist an elderly gentleman man struggling to sort his Prescription as they want everything online"
