"Absolute waste of time, irresponsible advice and terrible customer service. Ordered the morning after pill for my girlfriend which is often embarrassing and worrisome enough for a young woman. My girlfriend filled out all the online information and was told that the prescription would be available immediately. 24 hours later we’ve arrived at this pharmacy to be told it’s not there and may arrive tomorrow but that should be fine because it can work for up to 5 days afterwards… Anybody that has been in this scary situation will know that time is of the essence and that the effectiveness of these drugs are based on how soon after they are taken. Absolutely no help locating stock at other branches and no help processing a refund of over £30 for something that simply didn’t even turn up and no apology either. Any local chemist is miles better than this pathetic chain who have simply bought their way into convenient locations without remembering the basics of this type of business."
"Terrible experience. A lack of any trained staff here. Those staff that do turn up (hours late) are so rude. Lloyd's and Sainsburys need to hire more people, train more people for this. Changing the nominated pharmacy to Boots on High street will be the best way to go"
"Always a bad experience. There doesn't seem to be an efficient system in place. I dropped a prescription and was told to come back 45min later. I went back 90 min later and had to wait under 30min - they very obviously hadn't prepared my prescription and this isn't the first time! Staff aren't friendly which doesn't help! If it wasn't convenient to go here due to it being in Sainsburys, I am sure they wouldn't have many customers."
"The worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. Supposed to open at 8am staff turn up at 11am. Ordered meds 15 days ago to be told I didn't give them enough time to do the scripts. Was in hospital last night as I had a series of seizures as no medication that stops them."
"Cannot review their service as they never answer their phone. Or does that constitute a review? Over the past week I have rung approximately 10 times, to enquire about a test, as my 5 year old grandson needs a certain test which apparently 'your local pharmacy' can carry out as the doctor cannot see him for 2 weeks and its not yet serious enough for A and E."
