"What a sensational place and we were looked after superbly from the minute we stepped off the plane. Our host, Turga, coordinated our Airport Transfer Nd was there to welcome us when we arrived at the Villa. Turga and Sefa are perfect hosts. Very attentive and yet gave us space whenever it was needed. The Villa is such a classy place. Stylish, comfortable, and spacious. It is situated in the picturesque Mountains overlooking Alanya. Far enough up the Mountain to have peace and quiet...and close enough to make the journey down to the beach and entertainment a short one. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away for a week or two and have peace and quiet with the option of liveliness whenever you want. "EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED, CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!!! (For those of you looking to book please be cautioned when booking with 5* Villa). We booked an amazing looking villa in Turkey, Alanya for August 2022, booked 7 months in advance for a large group of 25 people. The excitement was unreal, we planned a lot for this amazing trip with the whole family. Flights were booked and everything. Exactly 8 days before our flight we were told our villa had been cancelled, it was unbelievable and unfair on our end as we were stuck with no option, too late to cancel flights. It was a total disaster and extreme headache how could we possibly find something for such a large group in that much time. The company took no responsibility/ accountability for the cancellation even though they represent the villa. After constant chasing up the reason for them cancelling on us a week before was because the owner had bad experiences and couldn’t handle management of the property, I mean what’s the point in having a holiday villa and cancelling on us a week before. We were then made to find a lower quality accommodation at extra cost since it was last minute. Not a single penny compensation was given and to make things worse they took forever to payback the refund; it was constant calling and chasing and not a bother on their end of things. We didn’t even get back a full refund and had to force them to refund the remaining funds. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE. The company don’t handle anything to a professional level and have no policy to go by if something like this happens, how can they call themselves 5-star villa holiday when they can’t get things right and cancel on their customers a week before a holiday with no form of compensation or care. We are not the only group who have been through this same situation. Never booking with them ever again."

"I would not put my trust in 5 villas holiday again. We had booked villas in Feb 2022 for August 2022. They cancelled it one week before our holiday. No competetive alternative was made available and no compensation. This left us in a very difficult and panicky situation as arrangements had to be made for 25 people. Sadly we had to settle with something of lower quality at an expensive cost. I'm shocked that such a reputable company would deal with its customers in this manner. Constantly we had to chase to contact as they wouldn't call. Took longer than needed to make the repayments. No responsibility was taken by the company."

"The location of this villa is extraordinary. It is positioned on what is effectively a private beach as access is difficult for other than the properties on the beach. The view at sunrise is spectacular. The house itself is very spacious and well equipped. Mary the local contact was really helpful and any minor issues arising were dealt with promptly."
