"We ordered three meals. After collecting the order, when we arrived home, one of the meals wrong and also without the rice. We were asked to take a second trip back to the shop with the wrong dish and pick up the correct one. When we asked about the rice, it turned out it was their error for not writing it down correctly when we ordered in the first place. They told us to then pay again for the rice in addition despite us having to go back to the shop to correct their mistake for not writing it down on our order and also giving us a wrong dinner. There was no apology or offer of good will for their mistake. They were rude and unhelpful, won't be ordering here again."
