"Use this restaurant before and had enjoyed it. But will never use it again having placed an order at 4pm today for delivery and promised it would be with me at 5.30pm I have just had the delivery manager call me and been told my dinner will not be coming because they only have 1 driver. I explained that is not my problem but she was for listening, she would not get me the restaurant manager or owner and thinks that she has no need to keep to the contract to supply agreed food. Total joke so please find some other restaurant that knows how to handle customer care properly. I did give her the opportunity to arrange other transport for my delivery even offered to pay extra or allow the to deliver earlier or a little later but this was dismissed. Terrible way to treat a customer."
"An enjoyable experience with very friendly staff. We enjoyed our meal but I really have to mark down on the cost... The Curry's were fine but... £2.95 for 1 chapati... £4.50 for boiled rice... £4.50 for a can of ginger beer. Our meal for two (shared starter, main meal, 2 drinks) came to £65. I'm totally happy to pay for quality but at these prices it'll be hard to return too often, even though we'd really like to."
"The service was friendly and the food was lovely. There was confusion over the order. My youngest wanted chicken tikka masala from the adults menu, I asked if we could have a child's portion with a child's naan which i had thought had been agreed. He ended up with an adults portion which we were charged full price for. Would be nice to have the option of choosing a child's portion of something on the adults menu. Otherwise everything was nice and would go back."
"This is our favourite Indian restaurant although last night wasn't the best meal I've had from here. The rice was quite sticky and clumpy, naan bread was warm. Our mains were ok but not the usual standard and certainly not a hot as they should have been perhaps a new chef? We had our starters then quite a gap before our mains came out but it just seemed like they had forgot as the girl had came over and asked if we were ready for our mains whereas normally you finish your starting and the table starts to be prepared for the main course but this didn't happen last night. We were the 1st people in last night and it did start getting busier when we were there but not enough to justify the above. Anyway perhaps a off night. The food was nice enough just not upto the usual standard we have experienced from here but all said we will definitely be back. The staff are so warm and friendly. Adding to this the 5 course week menu is excellent value for money with a free bottle of wine or a beer each at £15 a head it's a non brainer too."
