"AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! Thanks to these people, I spent a night in Heathrow Airport because they gave me wrong advice about transit flights and visas. I had to buy another ticket from them and they still won't refund me for their mistake. I have threatened legal action, but as you can tell, they are used to this. They will only refund whe the court date is in sight."

"AVOID THIS COMPANY!! we booked a trip to umrah which was cancelled due to the pandemic, took almost 2 years of consistently chasing and threatening them with legal action to get our money back. All staff are unqualified, unprofessional and extremely good liars. If they are holding your money please file a police theft report against them. You should be ATOL protected so they cannot legally hold your money, not even the hotel deposit! Don’t give up. Sadly you have to stay on their backs keep calling/emailing ask for a valid reason in writing with evidence for unlawfully holding your money. This is theft!!! Avoid and spread the word. They have many other company names, so check out before you book."

"Salam to anyone reading this review. Alhamdulilah as much as I thank Allah it’s not enough. Me and my Husband took a 10day package with this company but in particular Sohail dealt with all our booking. It was the most peaceful time and every single thing promised was delivered ! The hotel we stayed at Makkah was called Makkah Hilton Towers and it’s is literally 10 steps away from Al Harram Sharif and we also had a side view of the Harram from our room. At Madinah we stayed at Dar Al Hijra intercontinental hotel which is precisely a 4/5mins walk from the hotel to Al Harram Madinah. All the transfers from airports to hotels and also from one city to another were reliable and efficient and always on time thanks to Sohail. We didn’t have no worries. I highly without doubt recommend anyone travelling for Umrah and Hajj to book with our Dear brother Sohail and use this company as we will also definitely be only travelling with them in the future. It is a peace of mind for the customers and alhamdulilah the price was well well worth every penny spent !! I have complete trust in this company and wish you all put your trust with them too for an experience of a lifetime!"
