"How poor the service can be. People should learn from this travel agent(RANJEET). We booked air ticket for our senior citizens parents to travel india.- At the same time our family friend booked ticket from SOUTHALL TRAVELS for there parents. They been updated by SOUTHALL TRAVELS TEAM time to time about changes of time for return flight to London. But from this BOGUS travel agent no updates. My parents went to airport as per ticket time was provided by FAIRDEAL. Actual departure time was 02:20am but airline rescheduled the flight to 09:55am next morning. They are 67 yrs old. This shameless travel agent is not taking responsibility of negligence. I urge peoples to avoid this BOGUS travel agent. I have proof the ticket voucher from his agency and no information been provided to recheck with airline before travel."
