"I had booked my parent ticket from them, last march during covid airIndia cancelled the returned flights to the UK as India was in lockdown, air India changed the returned flight but kept cancelling the flights as both country was in lockdown . after many attempts to book flights I had to purchase another ticket to the get my parents back to the UK. so when I request for the refund I am been told that air India need to refund me, and when spoken to air India they told me the travel agent needs to refund the money, its been over a year I still haven't got my refund, the amount of time I have sent emails to Ali in the accounts and Kanji ,both of them are not helping they are just making excuses via emails, but no one calls me. they are not professional have a poor customer service, asking me to repeat my self on every email chain ,when I called the customer service number, I had to go through all these prompts that got me nowhere. And after all that, I still had no answer to my refund."
